ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT 
 
At Crossing Cottage, we are committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive experience for all our guests. We understand that accessibility  
is an important consideration when choosing accommodation, and we aim to provide as much information as possible to help you determine  
if our property meets your needs. 
 
Property Access 
• Our holiday let is a semi-detached Victorian railway cottage. 
• The main entrance has a 5cm step up, and doorways are a minimum of 73cms wide. 
• Flooring throughout is tiling or carpets and there are 12 stairs going up to the bedrooms. Please see our virtual tour for more information. 
 
Parking & Outdoor Areas 
• We provide on-site parking, located only a few metres from the entrance. 
• The hot tub is has 2 raised steps to get into it from ground level. 
• The outside seating area and garden are accessed from the front door which has a 5cm step up. 
 
Internal Features 
• Please see our virtual tour and layout plans for the internal features of the property. 
• Doorways inside the property are a minimum of 73 cms wide. 
• The bathroom features a shower cubicle which does has a 25 cms step up to get into it and a separate bath. 
• The kitchen counter tops are 90cms high. The dining table has one side with stools which can be removed to allow for more space in this area.
