Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, or just because they deserve a little calm, our vouchers can be used toward any stay and are beautifully personalised for the recipient.
How it works
Gift vouchers are valid for 15 months from the date of purchase.
Minimum stay of two nights applies.
Any voucher over £150 includes a complimentary Hot Tub Butler Service (worth £35) – we’ll light the fire and have the water ready so they can simply sink in and relax.
You can include a personal message to make the voucher extra special.
Once you’ve completed your purchase, we’ll be in touch within 24 hours (often sooner) to confirm details and send through your digital voucher.

How long is the voucher valid for?
All vouchers are valid for 15 months from the date of purchase, giving plenty of time to plan the perfect escape.
Can I choose the amount?
You can choose any amount from £50 upwards, and the voucher can be used toward any stay at Helmsley Meadows.
Can I add a personal message?
Definitely. There’s a box where you can include your message, and we’ll print it neatly on the voucher.
How will the voucher be delivered?
You will receive a digital voucher by email (perfect for last-minute gifting).
Can the voucher be used for any stay?
Yes — vouchers can be used toward any stay, at any time of year, subject to availability. There’s a minimum two-night stay for all bookings.
Do you accept dogs?
Yes — We’re dog-friendly, one dog is welcome to join the stay. Just let us know when booking so we can make sure everything’s ready for them too.
What’s included in the Hot Tub Butler Service?
For vouchers over £150, we include this complimentary extra (usually £35). We’ll heat the water and prepare the wood-fired hot tub for arrival — so your guests can slip straight in and relax under the dark skies.
